Ski Dubai's Features

A visit to Ski Dubai will take you away from Dubai’s scorching heat and let you discover a winter wonderland in the middle of the desert city with 85-meter-high slopes. Prepare to experience the thrills and chills of winter at the first indoor ski resort in the Middle East. Located within the Mall of the Emirates, Ski Dubai maintains sub-zero temperatures all year round and offers you the opportunity to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, and cafés.

Tour Inclusion

Disposable snow boots and socks
Winter clothes, jacket and pants in different sizes (from S to 4XL)
For safety reasons, we recommend wearing a helmet while downhill skiing
Skaters ages 3 to 13 must wear a helmet at all time

2 hours Slope Session:

- Winter Gear provided (jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard and poles).

Full-day Slope Session :
- Full day and multiple entries to slope to ski or snowboard (Skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope)
- Winter gear provided – jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard and poles, except the hat.
- Access to the snow park is not included
- Locker
- Fleece gloves
Snow Premium:
- Unlimited snow fun activities and rides (Tobogganing, Bobsled, Tubing Run, Snow Bumpers, Zorb Ball, Chairlift, Mountain thriller, Snow Bullet)
- Penguin-Friend Encounter (40 mins.) (Photos by Cell phones are not allowed )
- Slope Day Pass (experienced skier or snowboarder) or 1 Hour Discovery Lesson (Never Skied or Snowboarded before) (Any One)
- Hot chocolate drink
- Hand warmers, Regular clothing and equipment, jacket, trouser, disposable socks, snow/ski/snowboard boots and Waterproof gloves will be provided.

Important Information

For Snow premium, our operations will coordinate with you and the slot to be booked needs to be confirmed latest 48 hours prior to the visit date.
The guest needs to carry our confirmation mail at the venue for Snow Premium. If you do not receive the same, please check with our team on the booking status before visiting.
Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)
There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
NOTE – Venue is not wheelchair accessible, Pregnant ladies are not allowed on the activities.

Friday: 10:00 am – 12:00 midnight

Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 am – 12:00 midnight

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

Children below 2 years of age are considered an infant and infants are not allowed to this activity
Children from 3 to 13 years will be considered Child.
Children above 14 years will be charged Adult Rates.

Unique Indoor Skiing Experience

Ski Dubai is a fun way to escape the heat and try skiing indoors. The slopes are good for beginners, and the penguin encounter is a nice bonus for families. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely a unique experience in Dubai.

Great Fun for a Few Hours

Visited Ski Dubai with friends and enjoyed it! The snow park has plenty of activities, and the place is well-maintained. A nice change of pace from the usual attractions.
