Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you.
Tickets can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
Lost, damaged or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged in any manner.
Children 0 – 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket and can be collected at customer Service desk.
Free admission for people of Determination

Kids go Free Offer:
- Offer is valid from 1st June to 31 August 2024, not valid during Public Holiday.
- Offer is valid for 1 kid free for every 1 paying adult.
- Kids 12 years old and below can enjoy a complimentary visit to AYA for every paying adult guest.
- A valid ID proof of kids’ age must be presented at the AYA Front Desk.
- Kids must be accompanied by a guest holding a valid AYA ticket.
- Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- Guests MUST approach the Front desk and present the “Kids go Free” voucher to be able to avail the offer.

Friday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight)

Cancellation Policy – In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years will be considered as infants and will be free of cost.
Children between the age of 03-12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

Visually Stunning!

AYA Universe is a fantastic place to experience interactive art installations and light shows. The rooms are beautifully designed, and each one offers something unique. It’s a great spot to take some incredible photos.

Cool Concept, but Not for Everyone

The visuals and atmosphere are impressive, but the experience is more about art and technology rather than traditional entertainment. Worth a visit if you enjoy immersive installations, but might not appeal to everyone.
