Tour Inclusion

Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
The timings for sharing may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Pregnant ladies or Children below 2 years are not allowed in Glass Boat.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the activity.

There will be no refund for partly utilized services

Operating hours: The aquarium is open 10am – 11pm.

Cancellation Policy

For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
Children aged above 2 up to 15 years of age must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult.
Children above age 15 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

Documents confirming the age of the child may be required at the entrance.

Impressive Marine Displays

The aquarium is home to a wide variety of marine life, and the massive central tank is quite a sight. The walk-through tunnel gives you a great view of sharks and rays. It’s a good spot for families and anyone interested in underwater creatures.

Fun and Educational

My kids loved exploring the underwater zoo and seeing the penguins and other sea creatures up close. The aquarium is easy to navigate, and the interactive exhibits kept everyone engaged. A bit pricey, but a memorable experience overall.
