• It is mandatory to have the original passport.
• Before the flight is required to pass registration, weighing and briefing.
• It is forbidden to use flash photography during the flight.
• Professional cameras (lenses 400mm and larger), selfie sticks, and tablets are prohibited.
• It is forbidden to bring water and food on board the helicopter.
• Pregnant women are accepted up to 32 weeks of pregnancy. else valid doctor’s certificate must be provided stating that she is medically tit and able to fly.

People with reduced mobility need to be accompanied by an adult, who pays for the flight and is fully responsible for landing and disembarking from the helicopter.

Flights of 12, 15, 17, 25 minutes with a group or individually are available for booking. 45 and 60 minutes individually only.

The seating in the helicopter is based on the weight of each passenger. Reserving a certain seat and changing seats is not permitted.

Child Policy

Children from 2 years of age are allowed on the flight.

Children from 2 years to 12 years old are not allowed to fly alone, unless accompanied with guardian.

Cancelation Policy

• 100% refund if you cancel 48 h. before the pick up time
• 50% refund if you cancel 24 h. before the pick up time
• If cancelled less than 23 h. before the pick up time, no refunds can be provided
